Hot
Only have 45 minutes?
This heated class (96 degrees) begins with a warm up and moves into slow stretching.
Aerial
Held by silk, a little off the ground.
Use the aerial silks to explore stretches and deepen postures.
Candlelight
By candlelight and without heat, on Sundays at 5:30.
It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.
