Welcome to Inner Spirit Studio!

Upstairs on Route 10 in Whippany: one long room of natural light, heated when the class calls for it.

Every class

Classes are never cancelled. Come at the last minute; your teacher will be there.

Our Culture

Come as you are. The room is warm, the teachers know their craft, and nobody is keeping score.

Inner Spirit belongs to Whippany and the towns around it, and to everyone who climbs the stairs.

I’m excited to introduce myself as the new studio owner!
